Parent Volunteer Information

We extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your invaluable volunteer service at Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School. Your selfless contributions, whether it's assisting in the classroom, organizing events, chaperoning study trips, or lending a helping hand wherever needed, truly embody the mission and spirit of service and generosity that defines our school. As partners in education, your involvement enriches the educational experience for our children and strengthens the bonds of our school family. Your willingness to give of your time and talents exemplifies the values of service and stewardship that we hold dear.

On behalf of the entire faculty, staff and student body, we want to express our heartfelt thanks for your unwavering support and dedication.

In compliance to the school's overall Safety and Security Protocols, all volunteers, drivers, chaperones and coaches, and/or any adult(s) who will participate directly or regularly in the activity or event(s), must: 

1. Complete Life Scan Service Documentation and submit to Front Office on or before event.*
2. Complete the Safe Environment online training and submit certificate to Front Office staff on or before the event.**
3. Submit the “Extracurricular Adult Participation Acknowledgement” form.
4. Optional - Enroll in the school’s Emergency Notification System (CrisisGo).

Lancer Athletics Coaches ONLY (in addition to the above): 

1. Complete the Heads-up Concussion Prevention Online Training and submit certificate of completion to the SJDL Athletic Director.
2. Attend a “Parochial Athletic Coaches Orientation” (Dates and information will be provided by the SJDL Athletic Director).

The Safety/Security Coordinator will maintain adherence to these requirements and submit documentation to the Administration prior to the individual(s) participation in the event.
