Spring Musical Production

This After-School Theater Arts Program provides the students with near-professional experience on stage in the school’s beautiful 750-seat theater. A team of directors, comprised of both faculty and adult volunteers, select a celebrated Broadway musical and provide instruction in music, acting, choreography, stage production, and technical direction. All students in grades three through eight are invited to participate.

The Spring Musical provides a great experience for of our SJDL learners, many of whom go on to their respective high schools and continue their theater arts endeavors. We encourage all of our learners to participate in the Theater Arts Program allowing themselves to grow as young adults and discover a passion that can lead them to enriching experiences.
